RS 40

The RS40 is the smaller machine of RS line  EKTOXEFTIS’s company machine and is ideal for mixing, transporting and launching all new building materials. Made in Greece in our own facilities, it has already gained the trust of the largest manufacturers of building materials as it is a handy, modern, efficient and durable machine for any certified mortar.

The RS40 is suitable for:
• Ready-made plaster cast
• Classic plaster cast
• Pumping of self-leveling materials
• Launches fireproof mortar
• Molding of thixotropic materials
• Repair mortars
• Soil cementation
• Perlite pumping and other specialty materials

The interior features a Hatz – Diesel diesel engine, or a guaranteed electric motor from a Greek manufacturer. In the second case no sensitive electronic boards are used but the electrical circuit is made up exclusively of European electrical equipment manufacturers meeting the highest industrial specifications ensuring uninterrupted operation of the machine and low maintenance costs. The material is launched with the help of the Knorr-Bremse two-cylinder compressor, which is known for its unmatched and proven quality in over 3000 EXCELLENT machines worldwide.

The fixed mixer and the homogeneity of the material ensure that the mixture is properly prepared to the required specifications, while the Variable Cavity Pump (Rotor – Stator) is manufactured in the European Union according to all safety standards.

Easy to use and safe to operate as it is based on a hydraulic circuit sufficiently durable to withstand even the most difficult operating conditions of a construction site.

The RS40 is delivered ready to work with 40 meters of high pressure mortar hoses, 40 meters of air hose, a pistol and a range of nozzles and spare parts.
